We accept all returns that meet these requirements:
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after purchase.
The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition, this implies that the seal of the product must not have been tampered with in any case, including manuals, accessories and warranty documents. Return costs take over the customer.
Once we receive the item and verify that it is correct, we will refund the amount with the refund option you choose.
If at the time of receipt the product is broken, the amount paid will be returned or a new one will be sent in perfect condition.
For this, it is necessary that the claim be made within the first 48 hours from the receipt of the order.

The return goes through different phases:

* We collect the products at your home with the company TDN
* The carrier delivers it / s to our warehouse. The delivery date varies depending on the distance you have to travel and is always done on weekdays.
* Once in the warehouse, we review the product (s) and proceed to its acceptance (we recommend that you consult the return conditions to learn more about the products that can be returned).
* The payment will be effective in 3-5 working days after checking the returned product.
